in search of adoptee birth name patricia ruth birth 1962 michigan

hi i am helping my dad find his sister there were 8 kids all adopted out we have found all but 1 birth name patricia ruth malnar there was 6 boys and 2 girls her birth date dec.19.1962 birth michigan she was adopted in 1969 she was 5 at the time she was the younest i do have more info about birth mom and dad please any one that can help email me thinks...
